Before you try and turn your attic into anything, first make sure it is safe environment. If there is only sheetrock and insulation, make sure to at least put particle board down on the floor for walking and sheetrock on the ceiling and walls. If there isn’t already a light up there, have an electrician come and make that addition. Once your space is ready, you can take your attic and create a room that will suit your needs.
